Mukul Joshi
Director & CEO
Mukul Joshi is a hard-core technocrat having 9+ years of industry experience in software product R&D and services. He turned into an entrepreneur since Jan. 2008.
Prior to starting his own technology company Mukul worked at Great Software Labs. He joined there in 2004 as 2nd employee and worked as a core member of the company. He contributed significantly towards the company growth from 2 to 120+ people. He worked on various critical projects in networking, search and data mining, IP telephony and mobile technology.
Mukul was a member of Database research group at IBM India Research Labs, Delhi in 2002-03 and he worked with Persistent Systems Pvt. Ltd. in early days of his career.
Mukul achieved M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from I.I.T. Powai and B.E.(CS) from Pune University. He holds nine international conference and journal publications and two patents to his name. He is closely associated with academia and has taught at Pune University as a visiting faculty.
Ashutosh Sovani
Director & COO
Ashutosh is a software architect having 8+ years of experience in all life cycles of software product development. He has managed the operations of the company since the last 2 years.
Prior to co-founding this company, Ashutosh worked as Technical Lead with Persistent Systems Ltd. He led multiple projects simultaneously as a Data Architect and Database Development Expert. He lde Persistent's outsourced product development teams for many technology start-ups. His areas of interest and work during this period were – Web Analytics, Reporting, Distributed Databases and Web 2.0.
Ashutosh pursued his Masters in Technology (M. Tech.) in Computer Science & Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Powai in 2002 and Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from VNIT, Nagpur University.
Nikhil Belsare

Nikhil joined SpotOn as the first employee and has since contributed to numerous projects executed by the company. He has actively led the development effort of company's flagship product. He brings to SpotOn enormous expertise in the areas such as Mobility, Networking and Distributed/Web technologies.
Nikhil, an active open source contributor and hacker, started his career as an entrepreneur. At 16, he developed and sold investment management products through a company he co-founded. He achieved B.E. from Pune University.
Prior to joining SpotOn Software he worked at Great Software Laboratory and Tech Mahindra. His primary work areas included Web Search and Mobility.
